Kelly Colquitt

Kelly launched her design business in 2007 while simultaneously working in the art book publishing industry in New York City.

Born and raised a bike-ride away from the museums of the Smithsonian on the Mall in Washington, DC, art and design have always been a part of Kelly's experiences. She has sought out skilled tradesmen and fine artists for decades in an effort to bring a unique and individual perspective to the various apartments and homes she has lived in over the years. After continually being sought out for advice from friends and family, Kelly turned to her contacts in the trades to help her launch and support an interior design career. Also a passionate gardener, Kelly feels the same way about plants as she does about houses: she's never met one she doesn't like.

Kelly's goal for every client is to collaborate with them to create a deeply personal and comfortable environment in which to relax, re-charge, entertain and raise a family.

Kelly lives with her own family on two acres overlooking the Hudson River in a 1930's center-hall stone Colonial.
